Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). Please contact us at:

You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Returning Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your prior express consent.
